Peewees: We will be doing a two person relay of running and biking. Teams will be formed and families will be notified of the details. Each person will need running shoes, bicycle and helmet. If you do not have a bicycle, please let Donna know and we can try and make some arrangements. Bring lunch/snacks and water. Parent helpers are required for this event.

Bantams: Please bring all roller skiing gear plus running shoes.
Midgets: Skate rollerskiing from 10 to 11am, running from 11am to noon. Please bring runners, ski boots, helmet, poles, gloves and a high vis vest/shirt.
Juveniles+: Rollerskiing. Bring classic and skate ski poles, skate rollerskis, skate boots. Bring running shoes in case of rain.
Devo: We will be biking and running so bring your bike and helmet.
