Strength for all Juvenile and older athletes (including first year juveniles) at the Gym of Rock in the old Canadian Tire Building.
Please meet at 3:50pm at the climbing gym.
Please bring the waiver you received in the email and have your parents sign it. (Even if you already have one on file at the gym)
Please bring money for climbing. $8 for climbing, $3 for shoe rental, $3 for a harness rental. No charge for those that have a membership.
Meet at Vernon Track (just off the Highway near Okanagan College). We will be running 3000m and 1000m running tests after a warm up. Please bring running shoes and appropriate clothing. We will plan a fun activity at the beach for after the practice.
Strength at Sullivan gym for skiers born in 2004 and older.
Please bring clean runners and a water bottle.
Meet at Canoe Beach near the boat ramp - if you want to paddle you need to have filled out and signed registration form and waiver for SARP. Bring this with you (along with the registration fee). You also need to have a PFD (life jacket). For those of you who are in the Race Group, please bring running shoes, ski striding poles and water bottle as well. We will be running/ski striding for part of the practice.
