U10 - Bring a small water bottle, ski striding poles
U12 - Bring Roller Ski equipment (skate boots, skate poles, gloves and helmet) as well as running shoes and water bottle and carrier.
U14 - Midgets BIG ‘Up and Over ‘hike. See Midget email for all the details. Drop off athletes at 9:30am on the highway before the turnoff to Rubberhead. Pick up athletes at Larch Hills chalet between 12:30 and 1pm. See email for directions to drop off place and a list of things to bring.

U10 - We will be doing a duo-athlon with the kids. Each child will run one leg and bike one leg. If your child does not have a bike let us know and we will see if we can arrange to borrow one. Helmets are require. Need parent participation.
U12 - Bring roller skis, helmet, skate poles, skate boots, gloves, high visibility vest or shirt and running shoes
Early start to practice followed by trail clearing work with your group.
U14 - Please bring runners, water bottle and carrier and a light jacket (if needed). Please bring pants, work gloves and pruners for trail work after running.
Practice will start early to finish prior to the Ski Swap which is a ski team fundraiser. Please plan to volunteer for at least one shift per family.
