If you are a new athlete, welcome. There is a screening process for all new athletes to ensure that the program is the right fit for each person. For more information on the screening, Click on Join Us and review the information under "Is this the right ski group for your child?" Feel free to discuss this process with the coaches.
Please wear runner, shorts, t-shirt and bring a light jacket if you feel you might get cold. Do not wear bulky layers as many athletes over heat. Each session involves running and a variety of movement activities all geared towards ski training.
Please bring a water bottle as we will take several water breaks throughout the session.
