Remember your headlamp! 

We had an ankle injury last week from someone running in the trails without a headlamp.  Coaches may choose not to allow you to train with the group if you don't have a headlamp.

Midgets - we are going to do orienteering with Phil's group.  We'll meet at South Broadview and run up to Shuswap Middle School where the orienteering will be.  You'll definitely need a headlamp or you might have trouble reading your map!  You won't need your hill bounding poles this week.
