Paddle and Run - Canoe Beach

Midgets - Ski striding, running, strength and games at Canoe Beach from 6 to 7:30pm. Please bring ski striding poles, water bottle and carrier. Poles should be mid bicep height. Meet at the boat launch parking lot.

Flamingos: Meet at Canoe Beach near the boat ramp - if you want to paddle you need to have filled out and signed registration form and waiver for SARP. Bring this with you (along with the registration fee). You also need to have a PFD (life jacket). We will be running for part of the practice as well, so please bring running shoes and appropriate running clothing. Please be ready to start practice at 6:00 pm. .
