Itinerary for All Larch Hills Ski Team: Track Attack, U14 /U 16 / U 18 /U20
Saturday December 6
9:00am arrive at Silver Star – Chilcoot Conference Center
9:30am ready to classic ski training session 2.5 hours (ride Gondola up)
9:30 am Classic distance session and technique work
12:00 - Lunch
12:30 – 2:00 recovery (video review follow-up if needed) / movie
2:00 – 4:00pm Skate Technique
4:30- 5:00pm pack cars / minute to win it games
5:15-6:00 dinner (pizza) in conference center
6:15 depart

Ski with good technique always. The more you ski with good technique the better your skiing will become.
