7:30 am to 10:30pm roller ski U16, U18, U20 then swim after

classic 1 hour then skate 2 hours

8:30 to 10:30 U14 Classic 1 hour then skate 1 hour

Bring lots of sport drink and snacks to roller ski a new distance goal staying in zone 1

Goal - keep moving with quick snack breaks
