Run / hike with poles up Silver Star Mountain then waterfall to cool down

We will start at the new upper BX Trail head on Forsberg Road ( parking is available on the side of the road) then run / ski stride ( bring poles) to the summit of Silver Star Mountain. It will be 3 hours to Silver Star Village for pick up. 1000 meters of climbing and approximately 13- 15 kms.

Parents are welcome to join and recommended to hike up 5km to the upper parking lot and then back down to the cars then drive up to Silver Star to pick up the athletes and coaches.

WE will need to arrange car pooling and pick up at Silver Star Village.
