U14 - Midgets will be rollerskiing at South Canoe. First year midgets will be skate rollerskiing and second year midgets will be classic rollerskiing. Please bring rollerskis, poles with carbide tips, boots, helmet, high visibility vest or shirt, gloves, water bottle and carrier. Team skis will be available for those that need to borrow. Please also bring runners in case the weather is horrible and we decide to run instead.

Juveniles + - We will be meeting at Canoe Beach and will be Classic rollerskiing. We will be finishing at North Broadview (up the hill) at the junction of 30th St NE and 45th Ave NE, so that is where pick up will be. Please bring Classic rollerski gear and bring running shoes in case of terrible weather.
