U14/ 16/18/20 SKATE ski at Sovereign Lake 9:30am - 11:30am. meet in the stadium

Track Attack (9:30-11-30) - Meet at South Broadview Elementary - pole striding & disc golf

Meet at Farmer Johns ready to ski at 9:30am classsic - we will have the team classic skis there as well.

Warm up 9:30 - 10:00am -

10:00am - Mass Start RACE - 3 km ( 1 km flat and 2 km up Grand view bench road to the first corner)

We will need parents to help shuttle athletes down at 10:30 after the race to cool down and complete the session

Finish at 11:30am

Track Attack - Klahani Park (9:30-11:30) - bring striding poles and hockey sticks (we’ll have extras)
