U10 - Classic Technique. 10:00-11:30am.

U12 - Skate Technique. Ski to CEC’s for the annual candy buffet!! We are supplying the candy this year. Be on time as we will be leaving ASAP so we have time to get up to the cabin.

U14 - Skate Technique - sprint practice

U16/18 - Skate Practice - Threshold intensity

Recreation - We will be skiing to South Canoe trail parking lot from Larch Hills on Saturday. It is 5 km of downhill so be sure to bring warm clothes to put on for the downhill. The trail was packed on Tuesday and should have some nice powder on top. We will be skiing classic.

I will have my truck at the South Canoe parking lot if someone needs a ride home. Please let me know if you will need a ride.

If you have a ride meeting you in South Canoe we will be there between 12 and 12:15. Phil
