U 14 - 10am to 12pm - 2 hours Skate Technique and distance session
U16,18,20 - 3.5 hours big session - bring sport drink, snacks, ( very important to bring food/ fuel)
U 18/20 - goal - 50km plus
U16 - goal - 40 km
If a nice day, swim in the river afterward - bring a swimsuit and towel if it is a nice day
